Climate Change and the Individual in Mexiconts and there are no cases in which climate change is a relevant factor. Most cases have been framed in broader environmental terms, for instance against fossil fuel-related projects, airports and road infrastructure. As a way forward, climate litigation in Mexico could be developed by placing human rights as the central argument of future claims.
