Self Management of Chronic Diseaseepression are those also used in CBT and, as such, a therapist with experience in CBT might find it easier to adapt than one specialized in other therapeutic approaches. This chapter presents several aspects specific to Cognitive Evolutionary Therapy that clinicians should be aware of in therapy.
