The lesion appeared at 6 day of life and shows pink-red colour with some telenagectasias inside. The baby was in good health and no other skin manifestations were present. A brain MRI was performed with a normal result.

We herein report a 6-month-old girl presented with widespread papulopustular lesions on the left cheek, periocular area, and forehead. An Eczematous Lesion on the Forehead of a 3-Month-Old Child,The authors report the case of a 3-month-old child with a large eczematous lesion on his forehead. The lesion was treated with topical corticosteroid without any improvement. It evolved with centrifugal spreading and minimal inflammation but it still did not heal.
