Application Study of a Phase-Optimized Constant-Envelope Transmission (POCET) Optimization Algorithmstellation has changed and PAPR has increased. Research of Novel BCC Signal Structureility, capable of co-existing with normal TDD communication signal. Test result indicates that single carrier BCC signal’s ranging precision is 6.06 m, position precision is 10.8 m, which is sufficient for users basic positioning demands, and worthy of further researches.
