The technique will prove to be important for detection of eloquent cortex relative to cerebral pathology. Most importantly, this is a technique that can be performed on a 1.5 T system as part of routine clinical diagnosis and evaluation.

Clip artifacts interfered with the assessment of some vascular regions around the surgical clips. MRA is an effective tool for detecting cerebral vasospasm after clipping procedures for cerebral aneurysm.
