Our discussion in this chapter is limited to the case of a . single parameter uncertainty. However, the suggested procedure is general enough to be applied to more complex cases, involving several uncertain parameters.

Particular attention is paid to the capability of comparing the model-predicted TCR distribution to available experimental data.
