Jean-Philippe Deguine,Servane Penvernthe works of single cell analysis on microfluidic are reviewed by steps of tissue dissociation, cell sorting, single cell isolation, single cell lysis and single cell analysis. Several pioneering works are listed to show the prospect in this study field.
