Experimental Details and Supplementary Dataessed 6th Novemeber 2013). The parameters were set to identify all carbohydrates from ligands and glycans in all X-ray crystal structures with resolution .2.5 Å along with all amino acids with at any atom within 4 Å of any carbohydrate atom.
