Vassilis Meneklis,Christos Douligeristion with fluorescence are often two to three orders of magnitude lower than with UV absorbance detection. Since in CE with its small dimensions it is to be expected that detection sensitivity may be problematic for many applications, especially for trace analysis, it seems obvious to develop or modify a fluorescence detector for use in CE.
