Cardiac Utilization of the Momentum of Blood SPaRTAN uses CITE-seq (cellular indexing of transcriptomes and epitopes by sequencing) data and cis-regulatory sites to model the effect of interactions between transcription factors and cell-surface receptors on gene expression.
