Physical Exercise Toughensneurotropins (they left off the adjective), exercise regulation of some valued neurotransmitters, and exercise impacts on executive functioning and on various brain structures, including especially the hippocampi. Indeed, it was sophisticated stuff for science coverage in ., and, to my eye, flawless.
