Summary and Plans for Future Research,ques for structural characterization of materials have already been provided in detail in some specialized monographs (for example, [., ., ., .]). The intention of this article is not to duplicate their description. We give here some essential points regarding the anomalous X-ray scattering (AXS) method with an emphasis on future developments.
