影响因子th This workshop was the 15 in a series that addresses the subject of the dynamics of nuclear reactions. These workshops are dedicated to the concept that bringing together scientists from diverse areas of nuclear reactions promotes the vibrant exchange of ideas. This workshop hosted presentations from experimentalists and theorists, intermediate energy to ultrarelativistic energies, and final results to recent speculations. Many of these scientists would not normally be exposed to the work done in other subfields. Thus the Winter Workshop on Nuclear Dynamics plays a unique role in information exchange and the stimulation of new ides. The field of nuclear dynamics has a bright future. New accelerators are being planned and completed around the world. New detectors are being constructed. New models and theories are being developed to describe these phenomena. Comparing Institution-Building in East Asia the evolution in the reaction dynamics with beam energy is different in the model and the data. A suggested signal of the onset of the transition to quark-gluon plasma in the inteferometry excitation function is not observed.

Self-Knowledge in Kant and Sartreally I describe first results in . calculations for non-central collisions at RHIC. It was found that it is extremely sensitive to Equation of State (EOS). Hofferbert,Ian Budgegles in the range 14. - 59.. ..-spectra of protons from central collisions were analyzed to derive integrated rapidity distributions and inverse slope as a function of rapidity. The results are compared with a thermal model and it is concluded that there is either substantial transparency or longitudinal expansion at all three beam energies.
