Chryssis Georgiou,Alexander A. Shvartsmanocess are: (i) voltage, (ii) electrolyte concentration, (iii) tool speed and (iv) magnetic field intensity. Experimental results indicate that for higher MRR, voltage and electrolyte concentrations are the most significant factors followed by magnetic field intensity and tool speed.

https://doi.org/10.1007/978-3-319-20454-3ole/micro hole less than 1 mm diameter are drilled on TI6AL4V by USM process as per the experimental plan based on standard orthogonal array L9. The current research aims at optimizing responses such as Material Removal Rate (MRR) and Circularity during ultrasonic drilling.
