From Ancient to Modern Sustainable Concretes were weak column strong beam specimen. All the specimens were tested up to failure under reversed cyclic loading. The hysteretic curves of the specimen were then plotted. The results show that the strong column–weak beam–column joint exhibits increased strength, stiffness, energy dissipation and composite action until failure.
