An Investigation of the concomitant doses from Cone Beam CT and CT simulation in Radiotherapy,Effective doses were measured on the CT Simulator and CBCT using TLDs and an anthropomorphic phantom. The effective doses obtained for the CTSim for pelvis and abdomen scans were 7 and 9 mSv respectively. Effective doses obtained from the CBCT ranged from 3mSv for a low dose pelvis scan to 24mSv for a standard dose thorax scan.
