Port-Based Composable Modeling and Simulation for Safety Critical System Testbeds a variety of application domains. This contribution discusses basic researches for a port-based object (PBO) approach to integrated M&S of testbed. We give the formal description of PBO with the safety property and describe the method of composable design based on PBO, and then illustrate this approach by a simple example.
