Zero-Waste Concept in the Seafood Industry: Enzymatic Hydrolysis Perspective,e near future. Fish by-products harbour valuable components like protein and essential amino acids which are potentially converted into high-value products achieved through enzymatic treatment of the by-products.

Utilization of Lignocellulosic Agro-Waste as an Alternative Carbon Source for Industrial Enzyme Prorly, the review limits its scope to enzymes produced from fungal sources only. Conclusively, the review suggests that the ability to use agro-waste as an alternative carbon source in the production of enzymes calls for its wider utilization in the food-processing industries, thus, alleviating the cost concern.
