Besides, the results of studying the influence of the moisture of the loading material of the filters and the conduction for the gas stream as well as the air cleaning effectiveness, temperature, acidity (pH) and oxygen distribution within the load are presented.

The Importance of Biofiltration System Performance Parameters for the Effective Functioning of Compance of the components ensuring the sustainability of the systems. The results obtained in the investigation of air treatment efficiency for organic pollutants (i.e. ammonia, acetone and xylene) are presented. The developed theoretical models of the performance (e.g. aerodynamic processes) of designed biofilters are presented.
