Rotational Studies of Four- and Five-Membered Ring Moleculese problems has drawn very heavily on the work of Gwinn and his collaborators on the vibrational dependence of the rotational constants and on that of Creswell and Mills for the vibrational dependence of the centrifugal distortion constants. Aspects of these problems will be discussed using molecules studied in our laboratory as examples.
