Investigation of Structural Phase Transformations by Inelastic Neutron Scattering,tering became available. Superstructures related to multiples of the original unit cell and pretransitional effects such as diffuse scattering around possible superstructure Bragg points have been observed. Similarly, phase transitions were studied where the volume of the unit cell remains unchanged, as is the case for proper ferroelectrics.
