Mesenchymal Stem Cell Based Approaches for Systemic Lupus Erythematosus Immunotherapyhem a very promising new choice for treatment of severe refractory SLE. In this chapter, we provide a brief overview of MSCs treatment in SLE and describe current knowledge of the mechanisms by which they play parts in treating the disease, for better understanding of the pathogenesis and therapy for SLE.
