Fundamentals of Compressible Flow,er goes on to provide the effects of area changes on gaseous states through a converging–diverging nozzle. A non-dimensional form of the conservation equations is developed for a constant cross-sectional and adiabatic gas. The chapter then ends by showing conservation principles for a two-phase flow and provides several simplifications.
