Palaeohydrologic Estimates of Flood Discharge of Lower Ramganga River Catchment of Ganga Basin, Indd frequency was calculated by using Log Pearson type III distribution. The grain size analysis was carried out through the Malvern Mastersizer-S analyser. The slackwater deposits were differentiated clearly with slope clastic deposits by the grain size distribution.
