Experimental Part,lution for the enzymatic reaction during SECM experiments was made in 0.1 M citrate-phosphate buffer, pH = 5.0, and contained additionally commercial TMB and H.O. of unknown concentration (not specified by manufacturer).

Multiple SECM Mapping of Tyrosinase in Micro-contact Printed Fruit Samples on Polyvinylidene Fluorirs such as vitiligo (i.e. skin depigmentation due to loss of melanin). Furthermore, it is a biomarker in melanoma and its expression level is very high in some stages. Therefore, the accurate and sensitive detection of tyrosinase could provide relevant information for a better understanding of different tyrosinase-related biological processes.
