High Gain Feedback Control Synthesis,This talk was devoted to an exposition of the theory of ‘almost invariant subspaces’ which was developed in [1,2]. This theory provides a geometric approach to the synthesis of high gain feedback control synthesis and is therefore intimately related to singular perturbations.
