Fuzzy Three Time Scale Congestion Controllerand predict network status. In this research, a three part structure has been implemented in which second and third parts take advantage of fuzzy engines. Results show throughput improvement in case of using fuzzy three time scale controller instead of a two time scale controller or a classic controller such as New Reno.

Detection of Several Flicker Sources in a Non-radial Power System active power, the places of flicker sources are obtained. For validation, the 6-bus non-radial network is simulated and algorithm for flicker sources detection is tested in this paper. The simulations results show that by using the proposed algorithm, all flicker sources in a non-radial network can be detected correctly.
