A Study of Thermal Shock Wave Propagation in Superfluid Heliumfluid two-fluid equations is conducted for the sake of comparison. Holographic interferometry is applied to study the onset of boiling due to highly transient heating in He II and the evaporation from the He II free surface upon incidence of a thermal shock wave.
