International Legal Protection Against SGBV,t-conflicts situations. Ironically, the SGBV against women is considered as a normal phenomenon and denied by the family, society, and the States. Hence, it is a crucial challenge to have an effective international legal protection against SGBV to put an end to it as a scourge and a heinous crime especially against women and girls.
