Capacitive Gas Sensors with Porphyrinoids Coated SiO2 Hybrid Nanoparticles,rinoids-coated silicon dioxide (SiO.) nanomaterials have been prepared. A chemical gas sensor based on an impedance array was fabricated using such hybrid SiO. NPs on interdigitated electrodes. Experimental investigations on the potential sensing performance were carried out with the produced nano-hybrids using the impedance array.
