Label-Free Impedimetric Determination of miRNA Using Biotinylated Conducting Polymer Modified Carbonpolymerized to result in deposition of thin polymer films on the electrodes. Next, streptavidin, and then the biotinylated DNA capture probe were immobilized via streptavidin–biotin interactions. Detectability of the resulting biosensor with respect to the complementary miRNA was well below 100 pM.

Acoustic Aptasensor or Aflatoxin B1 Determinationsonant frequency, fs, and to the viscoelastic contribution, measured by motional resistance, Rm. Addition of AFLAB1 to a sensor surface with immobilised thiolate DNA aptamers resulted in subtle decrease of fs and small increase of Rm. We therefore used polyclonal antibodies anti AFLAB1 (Ab anti AFLAB1) to amplify the signal of the transducer.
