Arthroscopic Treatment of Rotator Cuff Tendonitis Including Treatment of Acromioclavicular Joint Osavicular joint as possible sources of symptoms. A careful history and physical exam in conjunction with radiographs and advanced imaging can assist in the appropriate treatment of patients with rotator cuff tendonitis that have failed nonoperative management.

Arthroscopic Repair of Full-Thickness Small-to-Moderate Rotator Cuff Tears,which may be accomplished with different techniques. We prefer to use an arthroscopic anchorless transosseous repair technique because it provides improved tendon-bone contact area compared with single-anchor repairs and is more cost effective than double-row and transosseous equivalent techniques that require multiple suture anchors.

Use of PRP in Rotator Cuff Repair,PRP injection with our rotator cuff repair as we think it gives the best possible environment for rotator cuff healing and is relatively quick and safe. A thorough evaluation of the current literature is included to help the treating physician understand the mechanism of PRP and guide its use in rotator cuff repair.

Open Rotator Cuff Repair, suture repair configurations, many of which work quite well. Key is that the cuff be repositioned as close as possible to its normal anatomical site and that the deltoid origin be repaired so that it heals back to the acromion. Lastly, as with other repair techniques, a supervised postoperative rehabilitation program is vital.
