Toward a Full-Fledged Rice Green Revolution in Sub-Saharan Africa system to promote rice farming intensification by adopting improved rice management practices. We also identified the important roles played by complementary strategies and policies to further strengthen those roles. We conclude that a full-fledged rice Green Revolution is possible if adequate supporting policies are implemented.
