Epistaxis: Surgical Managementigation+ right anterior ethmoidal artery ligation. After the surgical treatment of epistaxis, he was kept overnight for observation and had an uneventful recovery. He was discharged the following day and no further follow up was required.

Nonallergic Rhinitisferior turbinates (Fig. 10.1). A skin prick test was negative for the tested allergens. A working diagnosis of a rhinitis medicamentosa was made. This was associated with a centrally located and confined erythematous, tender forehead swelling, an intermittent fever and left- sided rhinorrhea.
