13C NMR Studies of Molecular Conformations and Interactions in the Curved Surfactant Monolayers of Carbon-13 NMR data for Aerosol OT reversed micelles and water-in-oil microemulsions are used to elucidate hydrocarbon chain dynamics and rotational isomerism.
