First-Order Semilinear Difference Equations,dedicated to it. Although several results in the discrete case are similar to those already known in the continuous case, the adaptation from the continuous to the discrete setting is not always direct and requires some special devices. Thus new challenges are faced.

Second-Order Linear Difference Equations,linear difference equations studied previously, we obtain a characterization of maximal ..-regularity. The study of reduction of order is also treated in this chapter. We also provide examples and several comments concerning open problems on this part of the theory.
