We further speculate on various physical effects not included in the method which may be important in explaining remaining discrepancies and in guiding future experimental developments.

Electron-Ion Recombination Phenomena: Formation and Decay of Intermediate Resonant States experimental results on dielectronic recombination also observations of the non-resonant, spontaneous radiative recombination are included. The possibilities of the emission of more than one electron from the intermediate compound state leading to net single or even multiple ionization are discussed.
