Atomic Force Microscopy Study of Contamination Process of Glass Surface Exposed to Oleic Acid Vaporse the exposure to oleic acid vapor, the glass substrates were cleaned and hydroxylated by low-pressure water vapor plasma. The contaminated surfaces were examined by atomic force microscopy, which revealed formation and growing of oleic acid nanodroplets on glass surfaces.
