Optimization of Energy Consumption and Lead Time Using Industry 4.0f equipment digitally; following a month of testing, the findings were compared with past results achieved without IoT sensors, optimal approach derived from the data using the software UPPAAL, PSO tool in MATLAB was standardized, and the optimized data was further monitored by a cloud manufacturing platform known as ThingsBoard.

Efficient VLSI Implementation of Image Denoising Using Hybrid Median Filter combinations of nine pixels, determining the median value from this set. From the result, it indicates that the proposed resilient hybrid median filter outperforms than existing approaches. It excels by means of noise reduction and hardware metrics such as LUT usage, delay, and power consumption.

IoT-Based System for Health Care of Textile Machinesbles data transfer. The yarn breakages are also observed for a spindle speed of 24,000 rpm. On training the neural network using the sensor data, the yarn breakages are predicted for any data captured real time. The simulation results show a mean squared error of .002. This would prevent the machines from breakdown and hence save downtime.
