A 0.4 V 21.6 nW Duty Cycle Generator Based on Compact Pulsed Modulator for MEMs Sensing Interfaceed pulsed generator with self-biasing architecture in subthreshold operations. Further simulations confirm the circuit functionality which shows varying duty cycles with sensing frequencies below 1 kHz.
