Background, faces challenges and obstacles because animals’ organs or soft tissues do not represent the human anatomy accurately. Moreover, the cadaver’s soft tissues properties are thoroughly different with the real living soft tissues in terms of anisotropic, nonlinearity, inhomogeneous and viscoelasticity.
