Low-Jitter Relaxation Oscillators, 152.6 dB. The oscillator occupies an area of 0.01 mm., and consumes 82 μA from 1.2 V. The frequency changes only ± 0.07% over a supply range of 1.1–1.5 V. From 0 to 80 °C, the total frequency variation is within ± 0.82..
