Targeting Viral Heart Disease by RNA Interference successfully targeted by RNA interference, thus leading to increased cell viability and even prolongation of survival in vivo. However, considerable limitations have to be solved before this novel therapeutic approach may enter the clinical trials arena.

Noncoding RNAs in Human Diseasesading frames translated into proteins. There is a growing number of genes which yield noncoding RNAs (ncRNA) playing multiple functions in regulation of gene expression. Many of the ncRNAs have been shown to be associated with certain human diseases including neurobehavioral, developmental disorders and cancer.
