Instrumentation Amplifiers and Operational Floating Amplifiers,y cases (Tellegen, IEEE Trans. Circ. Theory CT-13:466–468, 1966). Only after finding that the simple OFA system solution cannot be implemented because of lack of good OFA realizations, a more complicated system design with more OpAmps can be justified.
