Trans Neuronal Retrograde Degeneration to OCT in Central Nervous System Diseases,rans-synaptic retinal degeneration has been reported using spectral-domain optical coherence tomography (SD-OCT) of the macula, ganglion cell complex (GCC) and retinal nerve fiber layer (RNFL). OCT-angiography can also show decrease of vascular density in macular and peripapillary area.
