High-order relaxation methods for incompressible Navier-Stokes equationsle Navier-Stokes equations. Particular attention is given to a class of third-order relaxation schemes. Numerical examples carried out on laminar flow problems illustrate the higher resolution and better accuracy of the schemes.

Mixed-hybrid FEM discrete fracture network model of the fracture flowd and hybridization of the appropriate lowest order Raviart-Thomas approximation are used for the special conditions of a flow through a connected system of 2D polygons embedded in 3D. A model problem is tested.

An unstructured staggered scheme for the Navier—Stokes equations located in the centroids of the triangles while the normal velocity components are placed at the midpoints of the faces of the triangles. The pressure-correction approach is employed to deal with the divergence-freedom constraint of the velocity. Spatial discretization is discussed. For the lid-driven cavity problem, good results are obtained.
