Solving Ordinary Differential Equations on GPUsoping a generic implementation of the most common algorithms and combining this with modern C. libraries like VexCL and Thrust. Our approach is based on generic programming and results in highly scalable and easy-to-use source code.

A GPU Implementation for Solving the Convection Diffusion Equation Using the Local Modified SOR Meth results of GPUs based on Fermi and Kepler architectures and a contemporary quad core CPU. The CPU implementation is parallelized with OpenMP utilizing manual AVX (Advanced Vector Extensions) vectorization. The results regarding recomputation look quite promising and we expect that it will be of more significance in the near future.

A Guide for Implementing Tridiagonal Solvers on GPUsview and summarize several existing optimization strategies, and systematically analyze the purpose for each optimization. Pseudorandom Numbers Generation for Monte Carlo Simulations on GPUs: OpenCL Approach number generators for Monte Carlo simulations and libraries for GPUs are reviewed. Some tricks for generators implementation on GPUs with OpenCL framework are considered. The performance results of implemented generators on several AMD and NVIDIA GPUs are presented.
