Other Diseases Caused by Viruses,e. Dengue haemorrhagic fever courses with a rapid deterioration of patients until then considered as having classical and mild disease. Patients develop shock. Sweating, hypotension, spontaneous haemorrhage and disseminated intravascular coagulation occur.
