Characterization of RF-Squids,(YBCO) films. The rf-SQUID was also a convenient tool to evaluate the feasibility of alternative approaches to weak link fabrication. In the absence of HTS Josephson tunnel junctions, weak links having reproducible critical current (I.) and resistance (R.) values set by design could be used in commercial HTS SQUIDs and other integrated circuits.
