Nonlinear Mechanisms in Molecular Energy Transferosephson junction with varying bias current. The variations in bias current determine the number of fluxons on the Josephson junction. As the soliton is the equivalent of the fluxon in trans-(CH)., the average voltage on the (CH). chain is demonstrated to be a function of propagation velocity and the number of solitons contained on it.
